All shipping fees are in USD. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the following destinations:

Carriers: All orders are shipped via EMS or SF EXPRESS.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. During collection launches or sale periods, please check our homepage for any updated processing estimates.
Estimated Delivery: Once packed, shipping will take approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays.
Shipping Days: We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Taxes & Duties: Your order does not include local import taxes, customs duties, or service fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied when the shipment arrives in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
Delivery Responsibility: We cannot instruct couriers to leave parcels in specified locations. Please track your shipment and ensure it is received. momonova is not responsible for missing parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
Delivery Dates: momonova cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on order processing and the shipping address distance.

Fast Processing: Orders are processed quickly, and changes (including delivery address) may not be possible once confirmed.
Errors: If you make an error in your order, please contact us immediately at support@momonovashop.com. We will assist you as best as we can.
Inventory: If an item is sold out, we may refund that specific item and ship the rest of your order, or cancel and refund the full order.
